First Course: Sauteed Chicken w/Sweet Corn Polenta
Second Course: Wild Mushroom & Herb Risotto

Chef Lou has been in the restaurant business for over 15 years, including stints at Michael's at the Citadel and M Catering. He also conducts cooking classes in client's homes and is a personal chef. You may recognize Chef Lou from his numerous appearances on AZ Midday and Sonoran Living.
